On this page, you will find practical information about your trade show participation. Below is the exhibitor’s regulation. This will be supplemented later with the exhibitor’s manual.

My Easyfairs

After registering as an exhibitor for the Dutch Pork & Poultry Expo, you will receive your login details for My Easyfairs. Here, you can place additional orders, such as electricity or furniture. You will also find your booth number in My Easyfairs.

You can fill your own exhibition website with company information through My Easyfairs, including your logo, products, innovations, news, and contact details, and much more. This way, you will be visible to your target audience before, during, and after the expo. Additionally, visitors will receive the information you upload to the exhibition website when they scan your reader at your booth.

Exhibitor badges and dinner vouchers

Through My Easyfairs, you can register your booth staff, which can be done approximately 6 weeks before the expo. The booth staff will then receive a confirmation granting them access to the expo floor.

If they wish to dine at the exhibitor’s restaurant, additional dinner vouchers can be ordered through the webshop. Your booth at Dutch Pork & Poultry Expo includes dinner vouchers for 2 days for 2 people, which can be collected at the reception.
