As Category Manager you play a dominant role in the development of the assortment – price – and promotion policy. You do this by implementing a category specific strategy for chicken, with a focus on sales, turnover and margin. Your focus is on optimizing the assortment to offer maximum value for both customer, shopper and Plukon, partly by making commercial analyses and maintaining existing (calculation) models. In this you work closely with Product Management, Trade Marketing and the Financial Business Analyst.
