Technical Service Engineer Data & Digital

You are responsible for supporting distributors and end users in the field of data, software and online services. You do this in close cooperation with our innovation department. You support the commissioning of new systems, the upgrading of existing systems and the expansion of software modules. An important part of your job is training our customers in the correct use of our systems and products. You combine your technical knowledge with an affinity for digitalization and online support tools by keeping our customer portal (FAY) up-to-date, identifying and introducing the latest remote support resources and analyzing service data. You do all this mainly remotely from your location at Fancom. However, you will also occasionally visit customers on location.
