Futtermolke BFB suitable for Livestock feed is released by ultrafiltration (membrane passage) of whey during the production of cream cheese and cheese that may be (partially) desugared, thickened or dried. Futtermolke BFB contains a high proportion of lactic acid, which increases the nutritional value, is tasty and promotes intestinal health.
