More first grade eggs
Eggs with feathers are seen as second choice eggs. But when there are no feathers on the egg, it will become a first grade egg. Besides that, the feathers can cause interference which takes time to solve. The Ovoclear removes up to 90% of the feathers, which results in labour saving, more first grade eggs, satisfied customers and more time for other tasks or free time. The Ovoclear ensures a minimum of 80% less interferences.
The Ovoclear is placed at the end of the egg conveyor belt, immediately after a Meggsius Detect and before further egg handling. It handles up to 45,000 eggs per hour; both table and hatching eggs. The small footprint of this machine makes it the perfect addition in the egg collection room.
