TS 750 High spherical diffuser

Our latest innovation, the TS 750 HIGH SPHERICAL DIFFUSER, helps entrepreneurs meet the latest welfare requirements for daylight admission in the stable.
The new welfare requirement (from 1-1-2025) regarding daylight admission for the Better Life Quality Mark stipulates that a daylight tube must meet 0.5% light-transmitting surface compared to the surface area of the department.
In practice, you will quickly end up with daylight tubes with a large diameter. With our TS750 with a diameter of 75 cm, you can easily meet the new requirement of 0.5% light-transmitting surface.
These large models are normally used to let daylight shine down from a great height (6 to 9 meters between tube and floor). The height ensures good distribution of the light over the floor surface.
In pig houses, however, we usually have to deal with ceiling heights of 2.5 to 3.5 meters. By making the light outlet (also called diffuser) spherical instead of flat, we can still spread the light well in the space despite the low height. With a flat diffuser, you simply have one bright beam of light directly into the manure pit. Our unique diffuser spreads the daylight directly from the ceiling and also sideways. As a result, the daylight is evenly distributed throughout the entire space.
With our unique TS750 daylight tube in combination with a spherical diffuser, in addition to the requirement of 0.5% light-transmitting surface, the requirement of 40 lux daylight at eye level of the animals is also met more quickly (as prescribed in the law ‘decree and regulation of animal keepers’).
