Wheat starch Crespovit® Extract

Wheat Starch Crespovit® Extract suitable for Livestock feed is a plant-based liquid animal feed that is released during the processing of wheat flour into wheat starch for human and technical applications. During the process, the flour is washed, whereby a separation takes place between the starch fractions and the wheat gluten. A co-product that is released during this process is Wheat Starch Crespovit® Extract, which mainly contains carbohydrates and proteins and is marketed as liquid feed ingredient. This product undergoes a controlled fermentation step during the process whereby organic acids (especially lactic acid) are formed. The product is tasty and, due to good homogeneity, also ideally suited for use in a premixer.
